Dirty, small rooms. Paid for premier, nothing premier about this standard room. Shower clogged after every use, had to call maintenance several times, shower lever broken so we couldn’t adjust the shower temperature.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. However, the new management had gotten rid of ALL amenities: No restaurant; No bar; No room service; No seats in the lobby; No minibar. Also, to get a coffee machine in the room, we had to request one. One was delivered the first night, but for the four other nights we were there, we had to call housekeeping for coffee refills every night. Also, the first 2 days we were there the elevators were not all working and we literally had to wait at least 10 minutes each time we went to get on the elevator. All this and we still had to pay a facilities fee! Don’t know who the management company is but we were told they had taken over several hotels in the area and were cutting back on everything!

We love staying her because it is centrally located and the staff is AWESOME! The elevators are janky and causes backups to getting to and from your room from time to time, but we us it as a fun time to get to know new people. All in all, it's a great price and location.

The room was outdated. The pictures on the website did NOT match the room, the bathroom was worse. Its no way I could/would take a shower. It was a mix of being poorly cleaned and dated which made the bathroom deplorable. However, the location was good and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel was fine, and our room was as we expected. I do have two comments: there was not adequate staff at front desk . there was a single person handling all check ins even though there were six places. Additionally, when I needed am additional room key on my second day the line for checkins was 15 or more long and once again only ONE person working. A second concern relates to the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a significant amount of MOLD around the tub.
