The hotel was in a great location and had a great view. The bellhop was amazing and so kind. As was the gentleman at the front desk. HOWEVER, I stayed on a higher floor and it was ungodly hot in the room. I'm talking almost 80 degrees from the time you get off the elevator and into your room. I called down to the front desk to see if there was a way to turn the heat down and I was told the vent only blows hot air so I need to turn the heat off and "crack a window". It was a very rude and curt response and I feel like as much as I paid I should not have to crack a window to be able to sleep! The heat was suffocating, we were all miserable. And I took the ladies advice and cracked the windows and cut the heat off and despite it being in the 30s outside, our room never dropped below 77 degrees. That is TOO HOT to sleep. Other than that the room was clean but could use some updating. Carpet is worn and bare in spots, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. But the heat was just unbearable.

The check in process was awful, our room door didn’t work on arrival. We went down to the lobby and they only had 2 rooms available that were not what we paid for and the manager said “I can just cancel your reservation if these rooms aren’t what you want.” But we needed somewhere to stay. They fixed the door and got us back in the room. We paid for a ball drop view and did not have that view. The safe did not work. There was no lotion. The curtains were stained, the sink leaked water. It was just not what we expected. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room was very dirty, there was no circulation of air, the tub and sink didn’t drain, overall smell in the hotel, no refrigerator unless requested, furniture falling apart. Staff was pleasant, but the hotel itself was so gross, wish I would have been able to leave the hotel and find an alternative, but the last minute wasn’t able to find somewhere. For paying almost 3k for 4 days, I was not happy at all.

The room was old and out dated. The tub in our bathroom was constantly clogged. Elevator rooms forever and were often crowded. At one point we had to take the stairs down to not miss a reservation. We had to call several times for towels and service.

The rooms were spacious. However, they were not clean. The room hadn’t been dusted in ages. The wallpaper was discolored and peeling, and the bathroom was not nearly up to par. The elevators were difficult to catch during busy times. Most were full, so you had to just hop on whether it was going in your direction or not, in an effort to get on. The staff was nice. For the price we paid, we expected way more. Will not book again, or recommend to others.
