We had a very nice room on the 19th floor with a great view of Times Square. I wish there were more outlets (or a six-strip) near the bed, as we have a lot of things to plug in, and we were surprised that there was no refrigerator in the room despite a cupboard clearly built for one. But you can't beat the location in the heart of the Broadway district, with parking (expensive, but convenient) right across 44th St. If you're doing a Broadway weekend, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The stay was horrible from getting there to leaving I arrived at 6:00am I had called the day before to make sure if we were gonna be able to get a room so if not I can buy an extra night.. the guy had told me “no just come at 6am and we can do early check in and get you in a room in a hour or so” as a arrived I got checked in “early” I was told the people before me got the last room ok fine waited an hour or so.. seen multiple people checking out as I sat there ask every hour if any rooms where ready every hour up until 2pm kept getting rude people so rude I understand check in was 4pm but that’s exactly why I called the day before to make sure… don’t think they should be telling people “yeah we can check you in early” especially the ones getting there at 6am tired sleepy and exhausted from the flight… rooms weren’t even all that walls looked dirty no microwaves or mini fridge… also whoever cleaned our room took our own personal toilets that we brought from home which was odd cause how don’t you know those are not the hotels? lol over all experience was horrible I’ll never stay there again and also they check you a hotel fee of 140$ like uhh for what I understand the deposit that we get back but 140$ for what specifically? Haha just a terrible a hotel A MESS!!!! EMPLOYEES ALSO RUDE… oh and when checking out I asked for a receipt but the system “was down” LOL I was so over it so I left….

I was disappointed with my room I paid for ball drop, got city view, cld the desk they said it was a better room. I went down the next day in person and they gave me 34.00 off but not for that night because we did not want to move as we were meeting someone. Normally I have a great experience there. I did not like that they gave me the lower cost room and were going to charge me for ball drop...Also tried to get a hold of the GM Sardana and no answer or reply to my messages.

The employees were friendly, but there was only one person at the reception, which made the check-in process slow. The rooms were clean; however, the pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was better two years ago, and it feels like some standards have slipped since then.

There was no control of the temperature, room was 78 degrees and no way to cool it off. Tub water backed up during shower. Rugs in room were dirty and big stains. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. That was the only good part. Would not stay again.

The location was perfect. Though dated, the hotel was clean. The thermostat did not work properly and our room remained hot around 80 degrees even though it was set to 65 degrees. There was an issue with the toilet that caused the water to fill the tank every 15 minutes. The tub would not drain properly and brought up stuff from within the pipes that was light brown and slimy. When I complained to the front desk, they graciously moved us to a new room. However, we encountered the exact same problems in the new room.

Amazing location. In the middle of all the places we visited in this trip. Front desk staff was very understanding and kind when we arrived late (after midnight) after our fight was delayed. My card was locked and they worked with me. I booked a high room and we got the 44th floor with a partial view of Times Square. Room was big, clean, yet a little dated. That didn't matter. At check out, staffat front desk worked with me again when I wanted to pay cash for my resort fee. I liked how this hotel had two entrances and they had a guard close to the elevators. Loved this hotel for the space, location, and price. Will recommend to my clients and will also come back and stay here again on our next trip.
