The staff at guest services were nice. The room was clean standard. The property, what's average, the environment was slightly okay, uh, a few homeless people were in the area. They didn't physical harm anyone. The only issue I had with the room didn't have a microwave to heat your food. If you went out and eat because I was told that the hotel no longer has a restaurant upon arrival.

I booked a two-bed room through Expedia, but on arrival was given a single. I was told all two-bed rooms were sold out and the only option was to pay for a suite. The “suite” was underwhelming, and I ended up on an uncomfortable fold-out couch to accommodate my colleague. Later that evening, the water stopped working. When we called down, staff were curt and dismissive, simply saying the whole building was without water. No apology, discount, or effort to make up for the inconvenience was offered. In the end they just placed the blame for the booking on Expedia, gave me a fold out couch ina "suite" and a poor experience. The one bright spot was the housekeeping staff, especially one gentleman from Jamaica who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience left a bad impression. With so many options in New York, I’ll choose differently next time.

Absolutely loved the location. Well priced. The elevators were super fast. There were stains all over the carpet. That kind of grossed me out but I convinced myself they must have steam cleaned them and tried to get them out...Everything in the room was old. Not fun vintage old. Worn out old. There was no mini fridge which I thought was an absolute standard these days. Honestly I could have dealt with anything else, it was the fridge that bothered me the most. I like cold drinks in my room. I found the hotel on behalf of a large group of us and I was embarrassed after I checked in that I had chosen it for everyone. If you're low maintenance and you're looking for a well priced hotel in a great location and you don't care about the flaws then this is a good choice. If you want luxury then look elsewhere.

This hotel was right in time square which was nice, but I had a few bad experiences. The most prominent was a man trying to enter my room around 9am. The front desk said he was checking to see if I had already left, but there was no knock or warning first. Check out wasn’t until 11 so that excuse didn’t ease my mind. It’s also worth noting the ac didn’t work well at all, and the whole property felt very dated. For these reasons I will not be coming again or recommending it to anyone.

Property was dingy and old. The room smelled like stale smoke and had been cleaned but had years of wear and dirt on it. It does not look like the photos. The lobby was more of the same. I booked a room with 2 beds but when we checked in they told us they had oversold those rooms and only had a room with a single king bed for my son and me. Staff acts like they don’t like there jobs and we’re not friendly like you would be used to at a much better hotel chain. NOT worth the money stay at one of the more well known chains. They also told me the ball drop view rooms (which I also booked but did not get) don’t have good views but I don’t know for sure because I didn’t get the room I booked. Hotel is about 1/2 block off the main strip. Location was the only good thing about this hotel. Planned the trip because it was my 12 yr olds dream trip and the hotel really disappointed us both and will be remembered as the worst part of our trip.
