Extremely dirty. Stained carpets, dirty shower, dirty curtains etc. I had a ball drop room that had what looked like dried soda on the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel is always perfect but this was different.

We love staying at the millennial hotel! We stay every 3 months when we go into the city for my medical appointments. Each time we have an excellent experience. As always the staff were amazing and the hotel was great. I only have one thing I will say a bit on the negative side, our bed in our very beautiful room was unfortunately uncomfortable ( to firm). Each time we stay our room is perfect and bed comfy but this time sadly it wasn't as comfortable due to the bed. But we will continue to stay at this hotel because everything else is perfect! And we hope the bed is as comfortable as they used to be on the next stay in November.
