The elevator situation is getting worse every time I am There. For the price we pay the vents and bathrooms should at least be clean and they should have more than two elevators working for such a big hotel. I had to wait over 20 minutes to go down to the lobby every morning.

Our flight was delayed. We called and let them know we were headed in. Despite this nobody was at the front desk. We sat there and then had to call. Then systems were down. Our room was 78 our entire trip and miserable. We had to keep both windows open and the door when we were in the room. They had to even bring us a fan. Our hot water in the shower didn’t work 2 days out of 4. We got a note to come back down to front desk the day before check out to put a card on file since their systems were down and the lady said since we only had one day left she would just be charging $200. She put $305.75 on the card. $35.00 a night for processing fee plus whatever the extra was. We had no incidentals. The elevators were down half the time to only one elevator out of tons. At CHRISTMAS. It was so bad we almost missed reservations twice. One day the wait was so long we had to run down 24 flights of stairs and stopped on floor 20 because we were so tired and sti had to wait forever so finally a housekeeping lady started sneaking us all down the employee elevators. Then at checkout she asked how our stay was. I told her about the issues, she just looked at me, no apology and told me to have a safe trip back.

The best and most convenient area to stay in. SO many walkable destinations around the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they made the entire stay. My only complaint is the bathroom is old and not clean, but if you can look past this then it’s the perfect hotel.

The service was ok. I had two very nice and helpful people. The room was dingy and outdated. The AC is set to heat only, I understand it’s winter in NY but we were sweating in our sleep. They told us to open a window, that helped slightly on our last night only. We slept in our sweat for 3 nights. I definitely will not be staying here again nor will I be referring it to anyone.

The bed was ok and the bathroom had hot water AND the out let /extension cord on one side of the room were not working, masking tape on the window, desk drawer visibly broken, black marks on the bathroom mirror and the carpet needs to be updated. The venue did not meet the expectations of the location.
