We stay here every year in September. We tried a larger room on the 46th floor this time. The elevator takes longer especially during peak check in and check out times, due to frequent stops, something I did not consider before booking. The bathroom door hinges need some oil, made a loud squeaking sound. The bed was comfortable and the location is unmatched. We walked to 2 shows and pretty much everywhere. We will come back next year for sure.

The hotel has no lobby to sit in and the rug in the room was so dirty we wouldn’t take our sox off. The furniture in the room was beat up, scratched, headboard torn. Plus we were supposed to have a “ball drop view” of Times Square and did not have such a view. We checked out after one night.

This hotel is old and needs a make over....dirty carpets and furniture in the lobby was so dirty I didn't dare sit on it......after a day of travel I wanted a nice hot shower ...tub was clogged and there was some weird black filter on the shower head....so after waiting until past midnight for whatever they did to work...tried washing up in the sink but the hot water only trickled out....was told there was no other room to switch me to......was told they could "possibly" switch me the next day.....no one ever followed up....the hotel was quite busy ....but a call would have been nice....nothing. For the amount of money paid I was expecting much more....guess it was the location I paid for......very disappointing. Managers were also rude and not helpful.....also when I first arrived had to change room due to an odd smell.....very disappointing.....

The staff is top notch. So kind and so welcoming. My 7 year old made friends with the kind lady at the front desk from first moment. However the rooms are pretty gross. Our bathroom was so disgusting we wouldn’t bathe in the bath tub. The sink and tub would clog every time we used and the toilet ran water the whole time we were there. Bathroom = 1. Staff = 10! No bar at a nice / expensive hotel like this was odd to me also. Great location to Time Square.

Very run down, clean enough to stay but very grimey. Building needs to be updated. Room smelled like mildew, shower didn't drain, dirty and filth along the walls and room does not meet the photos advertised. Obviously each room is different but the photos they look clean and nice while ours was not nice. Only stayed 2 nights, it did the trick but I wouldn't recommend or stay again. Staff was nice, they aren't too blame.

The only problem is the parking option. Since the property doesn't have parking you dont have any options but to park on private parking pay a high price about $45 to $60 for 10 hours meaning that if u want to stay 24 hours it will cost around $125.

I love Manhattan so it was a perfect vacation but for a $3000 room the desk was broken and the drawer kept sliding out every time we walked by other than that it was good want to give a shout out to the gentleman that checked us in he had flowers in his beard YOU ARE AWSOME made us feel right at home keep up the good work hope to see you soon
