The room we initially had was dirty, it had dust all on top of the bed frame. It also had hairs in the bathroom bathtub. We ended up getting our room changed but the water pressure in the shower of the bathtub was way too low, you can barely take a shower the stream was too short.

Location is wonderful! Less than a block from Times Square, anything you need is close by. The rooms are slightly dated, but were clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Great place to stay.

Staff was very friendly. Room was gross. The tub wouldn’t drain so the water was up to your ankles in just a few minutes and then took about an hour to fully drain. Peeling wall paper and water stains, closet falling off hinges, hair shavings left on shower wall from previous guest, hairdryer didn’t work, shower and floor tiles were yellowing and disgusting. Not worth the amount it costs.

Overnight stay before cruise departure. If you are looking for convenience to Time Square, theater district you found it. It’s not updated rooms, still older look, but I would stay again because of the convenience to Time Square. Starbucks, The Donunts, McDonalds right next door on 45th entrance/Exit. You are 2-3min walk from Time Square. 4-5min from Red Steps.

The hotel is right in Times Square, next to GAP, very convenient location. Check-in was quick, even though it was busy. The room was clean. Just a suggestion: please consider using hotel perfume diffusers or air fresheners, as the lobby had a strange sewage smell most of the time.

Don’t stay here!!

Is there a C my daughter perform on Broadway and I selected the millennium for the first time because the rates were better than my Marriott usual. The room was horrible. The dresser drawers were falling out. There was a chair up against one of the dresser drawers to hold it in. They have no room service. And the bathroom was as minimal as you can get.

The hotel was very nice. The location was great. The only thing was expedia stated all taxes and fees included in the price but The Millennium Times Square charged us $34 a night in resort fees.

The floor was kinda dirty and the shower water would leak everywhere everytime we’d take one. Area was okay, noisy, but I expected that. No mini fridge :( Staff were really nice and helpful!
