For price or room , the room was not in a good state , very dated , bathroom had stained walls and mold residue on the top , was not pleased with cleanliness of the room at all

The room was average a best--the carpet outside in the halls need to be cleaned-the towels were thread bare---the toilet "ran" all night-- -but the issue that makes it a REAL 1 star is that in the middle of the night--the room temperature spiked to 95 degrees, I called the front desk, they suggested propping the room door open......WHAT? The hotel desk agent said that the temperature fluctuates because of the age of the building...WHAT? I woke up in the morning with a sore throat, dripping in sweat-it was not covid --it was simply a night at the Millennium!!

The room was neglected! The excuse was that the housekeeping staff was too short to see at the top of the closet where my husband found what definitely appears to be a bloody wash cloth. Security and the floor manager came to assess but nothing wasn’t done but a cleaner being sent in to clean the closet. A move to another room was off but that’s it. I spoke with the manager Suyu not sure if that spelled right but. He gave me his card and said him and the manager of house keep will come speak with me and my husband the next morning. He never showed up literally! Not even for work. The hotel is out dated and the false advertisement of renovations is such a lie. I asked during check in to place us in a newer room she said what new room and the third party booking site is miss informing quest. The hotel is in the BEST location of Time Square but housekeeping needs to perform much better

The room was clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, so they switch it to heat in the winter, so there is no way to turn the A/C on. The room stayed rather warm. I had to keep the windows open. The staff was nice. It is in an amazing location.

The rooms are small but the view and location is excellent. I gave it a low rating because me and my wife just flew in from California and needed a good night sleep. We went to our room to find out that the air conditioning was broken. I called the front desk to tell them they told me I needed to open the window to cool the room down because it was 80° in the room. so I opened the window which worked to cool the room down, but it made the room loud and kept us up all night because there were sirens that wouldn’t stop. We got a terrible nights sleep. If u sleep with a fan or want a cool room don’t stay here
