The hotel is great. Amazing location. Friendly staff. The only downfall was check-in took 40 mins and apparently this is normal. There is no fridge on the room and our walls in our room had what looked like pop stains and dirt all over the walls. We would however definitely stay here again. For us those issues are minor.

The staff were all amazing, but the rooms themselves are in dire need of remodeling. The bathroom had mold along the ceiling, tub is completely wore out and all the furniture was extremely outdated. One thing I’ll give it compared to other hotels in the area is the AC in the room worked great!

No restaurants open in hotel. Tv is nearly unusable. No clock in room. No fan in bathroom. Nearly every elevator smelled of urine by the end of our week stay. The bed was comfy. The linens could use an upgrade. Pricey for lack of amenites offered.

Think twice before you book this!

Definitely will not stay! The premium room was not a premium at all. Not worth the $$$. Broken drawers , broken light switches. Fridge is not working. Curtains need to be washed all dusty. Bathroom needs Renovation, bath tub is rust and the toilet seat is probably 20 years old. There was no proper welcome and the checked out was very poorly delivered. Very disappointed. Pictures on the app does not match the room.

The Safety standards that the hotel has in place is Comforting. The Entire Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Only thing I wish there was single serve coffee maker in the room.

When we got to the room there was some trash left in the small bin on top of the desk. Also, the AC was not very cold and one of the vents was closed. Other than that it was good. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.

For the price, it was an amazing deal. While the place itself may have been a little dated, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was very clean, the staff was extremely nice (front desk, concierge, cleaning staff) and helpful. It’s literally in Times Square which makes it easier at the end of a long day to locate. At night we felt very safe as there was a concierge in a security guard standing in the entryway of all of the elevators… on top of it, you need your key to use the elevator itself. We got a high floor with a fantastic view. I would definitely stay here again and hope I do.
