We asked for a late checkout of 1pm and were told it would be $50, which we agreed to. Later discovered they charged me $290.61 instead and have been non responsive to my requests for information. Bathrooms are antiquated, tv often didn’t work. Not a great stay, but the theft was especially galling

Needs major work, but good location

Staff was helpful and friendly when needed. Facilities and rooms desperately need updated/renovated. Rooms are worn and dirty with mold, broken furniture, and bathtub drain barely worked leaving wads of hair to back up from previous guests. Luckily beds were clean and comfortable and the location was central to enjoying the city and Broadway. Not sure I would stay here again.

Perfect location by Times Square, Bryant park, restaurants, subways. Safe, quiet on 27 floor (goes to like 50), spacious room. Great hvac, water pressure, hot water. Outdated but who cares? Fast elevators. Great value

The staff was great. Very friendly. Wonderful. The rooms, specially the furniture is very old… and not “outdated” I literally mean “old” the dressers were cracked, dented, and had doors that wouldn’t stay closed. The light fixtures did not work properly. And the charging ports did not work at all.
