The hotel location was great and the room was nice, very basic. I liked the bathroom a lot. The breakfast was good, although the cleanliness of the restaurant was a bit so and so. The fabric benches are very dirty.

This is my favorite hotel in New York City. I’ve been here so many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always nice. My experience with this hotel has been great, even outside the United States. I’ve stayed with them in Italy and Germany, and the customer service is top-tier, which is why I always return to them.

Great location - right in the centre, but very quiet and not crowded neighbourhood. Rooms are not big but very comfortable , modern. Lobby and bar look very luxurious. Can't recommend enough!!
