Our visit was Dec 21-26 and I already cannot wait to come back! I finally found a hotel I love everything about! Staff was excellent, location of hotel was great, rooms are spacious and very comfortable! Only complaint I had was it was difficult to get a hold of anyone for room service. I think hours and process are a little inconvenient. I will be booking here again for a hey week again in 2026!

My daughter and I loved the Omni! It was clean and we felt very safe as two women traveling on our own! The staff was friendly and helpful! I am An Omni member so was provided a free welcome beverage. We unfortunately did not eat at the hotel. However you can have breakfast delivered to your room. There is a beautiful terrace and gym on the 17th floor. The linens and bed were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. It is one block from Saks and St Patrick’s Cathedral and not far from Rockefeller Center.

Management and staff were amazing to deal with. We had the FAO Schwartz themed suite and it was a hit with the kids. From the time of our arrival to our exit we enjoyed the premises. We waited about two hours for our car from the valet only to find out the lot they use forgot about us and the staff personally went to go get our car. Other than that I will definitely be an Omni member and stay there whenever I’m on NYC.
