All of the above, room smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana, the room had dust and debris like it hasn’t been vacuumed for a long time, hallways were also filled with debris, overall not Marriott standards. The front desk gentleman was also not welcoming or had any customer service training. Definitely a bad experience and I would not stay there again.

4 Times we asked for a baby crib. Multiple times we were promised but at 8pm (way past our 10 month olds bedtime) they finally said they couldn’t deliver. 1: I request at the time of booking. 2: Requested as soon as we checked in. 3: Requested around 5pm. (Was told it would be up shortly) 4: Requested at 7pm (told again it would be up shortly- i offered to come retrieve) Babies are supposed to sleep alone, in a crib. It can be risky or dangerous to sleep in other conditions which is why we requested SO MANY TIMES. Here is the real kicker: The gentleman on the phone said he would refund our first night 50%. When checking out I asked to confirm before leaving - They tell me it was only 15%. AND what have we received as refund so far? NOTHING. Not a cent.

Despite encountering a few issues during my stay that were clearly beyond the hotel’s control, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire team. From the front desk to housekeeping, and especially General Manager Arthur, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure comfort and care. Their attentiveness and empathy turned a difficult situation into a memorable experience. True hospitality shines brightest in moments like these—and the Courtyard team delivered.
