It is quite dirty and probably unsafe outside of the hotel staff was ok but it took me around 30 min to check in due to problems with customers ahead of me. They do not service your room unless you request it and when I did they only left me with two small towels

The room was clean and a good size for the price. The only thing I will say is the listing was advertised as a check-in fee of $60, however upon arrival we were informed it would be $100. Even after informing the staff of what the listing said they reiterated the price. Additionally, there were no bath towels in our room. I had to ask the front desk for them.

Check in was 4pm however we arrived at 7pm and waited 20 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. They have a beautiful bar that’s not in use, don’t know why. We were given 4 waters which was nice. Almost missed our concert because of the check in wait time

This property was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We booked one night and from the check in process through to us having to forfeit our stay and go to another hotel, this was a nightmare! We had issues with two pairs of unclean sheets and when we asked for an extra blanket they gave us a URINE STAINED blanket. We contacted Expedia to get assistance and ultimately we ended up PAYING & going to another hotel. Expedia was unable to work with the hotel to get our money back because the hotel stated they wouldn’t process a refund & would just give us another room. Another room doesn’t solve dirty sheets & urine stained blankets. Definitely do not recommend this hotel…you can do better elsewhere!

The hallways smell heavily of weed and cigarettes but the room was large, relatively clean and didn’t smell. Some of the fixtures were cracked or broken in the bathroom but the water was hot in the shower and it had good water pressure. The Nostrand subway stop is close by to get to Manhattan. Staff were friendly and nice. Over the hotel was fine. Just needs a refresh. Neigborhood is a little rough and dirty but safe.

Do not stay here. The photos are outdated. They made me do $50 cash to check in, which now they won’t provide a receipt for. My room was disgusting and someone next door tried to keep opening the connecting door. I was in my room for less than an hour and left because it was so disgusting, unsafe and the workers were sketchy. I am still battling to get a refund with this non responsive property for this disgusting and unsafe hotel that I DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT AT due to safety. As a solo traveler, this is not safe for anyone. There are no amenities, the bar looks like it has been closed for decades.

Cigarette burns in the sheets, half the lights didn’t work, no one ever cleaned our room, safe was broken, we could hear other clients yelling at staff. Staff was rude, except the cleaning staff, people smoked in the building. It was honestly a shockingly bad stay.
