Great hotel in a great location. When a hotel-wide, temporary plumbing problem affecting water supply threatened our time at the hotel, the staff stepped up and was both highly professional and completely empathetic. Exactly what I would want from from a first class hotel.

NY Bryant Hotel

Friendly staff. Good location. 1 of 2 elevators inoperable. Water service cut off on Saturday morning for couple of hours, but kindly comped facility fee for stay. Coffee service in am in lobby basic.
