Hotel was great but could definitely use some sprucing up and a better cleaning service. Room was dusty and not that clean. Common areas looked a little dingy. Location, pool, and room size were all great.

Overall, my husband and I had a great time. We were there in October to celebrate his birthday. This time, we went in July to celebrate our first anniversary. I had emailed the ambassador to request the same type of room we had in October and Leidy was able to get us the same room on a higher floor under the same room category I had booked. We received complimentary chocolate covered strawberries in our room because we were celebrating our anniversary. The strawberries were really good and the quality of chocolate was amazing. We would return again to celebrate an event at this hotel.

Room was a good size but felt a little dated . Booked for three people but then had to pay more for a bed for our son . When queried that the booking was for three and should this not be included - was informed that we could sleep in the bed in the room as a three if we wanted (it’s not big enough for three). This detail needs to be clearer on booking. 90 dollars per night for a kids bed on top of the amount already paid felt excessive. Hotel is a good location .
