Front desk staff needs some major help when it comes to customer service and troubleshooting through issues. I had put a request in for my reservation for an early check in and late check out. Didn’t hear if either requests were going to be fulfilled. asks if I booked for a high floor room, I said, “I booked for the superior king room; didn’t mention anything of it being a high floor.” Her response back to me, “well it looks like we do not have your room reservation available, you can either speak to a manager or we give you some monies back.” I didn’t say anything right away because I was confused on what “options” she gave me because neither of them involved in her communicating what IS available so I had to ask. She said all that was available was a double bed room; I was not really looking forward to a small bed and room for my whole stay. At this point I am wanting to just cancel the whole reservation and get a full refund but then she went and talked to someone else. She comes back and all of the sudden there are a number of different king bed rooms available. We got a king bed room but still not the original room I reserved. Was told I would be given a credit but no idea if that actually happened because upon check out a different front desk person told me, “nope; you booked with a 3rd party so you don’t get one.” Skip this hotel.
