Everything was superb with the exception of the tub faucet . Wanted to take a hot bath after a long trip but there was black sediment that was coming out of the faucet. I ended up taking a shower but the water didn’t get hot till i was done bathing. Overal the stay was great . Room was clean smelled clean staff was accommodating.

This hotel is centrally located but disappointing. When we arrived the bathroom sink was clogged and no one could declog it until the following day even though housekeeping must have noticed. There were black mold spots in the bathroom. The room was bare and didn’t look like the pictures. There is no coffee in the room or the lobby. When I asked I was told I’d have to go across the street to a bakery and they’ll give me a 10 percent discount. There are no drinks or food on site. When I checked out I was billed a $40 dollar hotel fee per night. When I asked, I was told it was for the 10 percent discount across the street for the coffee I had to buy because they didn’t provide any and for water, internet and the alleged gym on property, which no one notified me off. There is no bellman so prepare to handle your own luggage. Elevators are old and slow. One day we had to take the stairs down 10 flights. I gave it 3 stars because of its location, but I will not be back again and don’t recommend it especially given the cost. Expedia, I was never offered my complimentary drinks (probably because there were none on property).

Limited amenities but great location for walking around Midtown. Room was small but clean and everything functioned well. Two complimentary bottles of water each day were nice. Would not pay this much for a similar experience in an area less convenient/expensive. Staff were all nice!

We were able to check in 3 hours early, staff was so helpful, prime location in midtown (we walked less than a mile to Bryant park then up to Rockefeller center and saw a show at MSG at night). Perfect room - felt spacious for NYC, with a gorgeous bay window with amazing natural light. Absolute bargain for the price!

Okay. Check-in counter did not have staff and was a delay. My gold status for booking included one wine bottle - receptionist said it would be sent to the room by the manager and it never was. Room itself was alright - a bit cozy. Overall, would not stay again for the price to luxury ratio.
