Small room but modern, comfortable bed and pillows, decent size bathroom. Subway entrance very close making for an extremely easier commute from/to JFK airport. Great location for city activities.

Our room was on the first floor with a tiny window facing the sidewalk. People could see straight in if it wasn’t for the curtains. I felt claustrophobic. The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy.

The front desk staff, when present, were very kind and helpful. I asked to not be on the first floor due to safety concerns, which was not acknowledged. There were coffee and snacks available daily. The area surrounding the hotel is very busy and loud, which we were aware of, but the hotel walls were so thin you could hear everything both inside and outside. We got almost no sleep because of this. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was in poor condition, and out toilet had no lid to it, which made the bathroom feel gross. Our friends who were also staying in the hotel had a completely different set up (a tub, a toilet with a lid) on the second floor, so I am unclear as to why the rooms vary so drastically.

Could be better, but cheap

No doubt this was cheap for mid-town NewYork. But the lack of receptionist removes an ability for a welcoming customer service. The bed was not great and it felt like the mattress was old. Security didn’t seem great with a basic door code and inability to change it.

I will never stay here again, it was dirty, unsafe, literally no security nor staff members present, stains all over my room, broken bathroom fixtures, completely unreasonable pricing for the pathetic state of the hotel. Terrible.

The hotel has a fantastic view on the rooftop . It s central, staff is nice. The room are clean but poorly maintained. I found it expensive for what it was. Holes in the walls, scratches everywhere and noisy .

The hotel was very convenient. It was very walkable to our points of interest. My main complaint was that the thermostat wasn’t working. I wake up in perspiration. I had to open the window and put up the outside noise. Since it was a non physical contact hotel, I texted and called and emailed to complain. I did not receive a response. During the day, there was someone in the front desk. He said he’ll have someone take a look at it. But no one did. This will be the last time I’ll book with this hotel or other contactless hotel

AC didn’t work or wasn’t running so room was 75 degrees each evening. Tried to open the windows but it was way too loud outside. Bed felt like a mushy worn in couch. Bathroom was in rough shape. Not a great spot, would not return or recommend.
