We had a great stay at the Westin during the Christmas week past. The hotel was packed and believe its full house but the staff tried their best to maintain the service that we expect from a Westin. Housekeeping had been excellent as we look forward to clean rooms every night we returned. Rooms were clean, showers are well maintained and air conditioning was working very well so my family was kept nice and warm during this cold Winter. Location is excellent, near subway and food around us. We will come back again!

Never again. The breakfast was awful. The staff during breakfast rude. The only kind person was the bus boy that one day worked 12 hrs if not more. The hotel gave us vouchers to use for our meals. I misplaced one of mine. I can’t get another one. The front desk rude disrespectful. For this price. Find another hotel. That will treat you with respect Never again.

We had a lovely stay. Room was clean. Had a great view of the Empire State Building. We have stayed in Times Square previously and found this location to be a lot quieter at night. Grand Central station minutes away, 20 minute walk to Times Square or Macy’s. Overall really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was very nice we also used the cafe next door which we would also recommend.
