From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, professional, and very helpful staff! The SPA went above and beyond for our couples experience! These people have the hospitality nailed down! Beautiful location too. Very accessible and lots to do in the area.

This reminds me of the wonderful hospitality the USA was known for in the past. Trump Hotel has a great location and an awesome view (choose the higher floors). The suite was very spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and forthcoming. Gym is stellar - it's equipped with everything you can think of and more. I had a great experience overall!

How is this hotel categorized to 5 stars? The room is average, did not feel like the luxury hotel at all. The bathtub is small, the service was average. It’s totally not worth it with how much money spent. I would not book it again.

Service was beyond excellent. The property was super busy for new years (expected) and all the services ran as expected as if it was a normal week. Obviously close to Central Park; walkable to Times Square and almost any other manhattan location. If you do end up getting tired of walking, you can hop on the A train (express) and go all up and down manhattan. Talk to the concierge at the front desk, she will explain everything so you feel like you have lived there your whole life. A would go there again in a heartbeat
