I will look up around 11:30 PM on the first night because a red light was blinking up in the heating unit. I called downstairs to say was there a problem a red light blinking near? The heating seemed like it would be a problem but they said that it was just that the battery needed changing. I asked if the battery could be changed and they said no the electrician was not there until the morning. So first thing in the morning I said, when can you please fix that flashing red light in the ceiling and they said the electrician comes in at nine will have him take a look. I assumed that they did what they said they were going to do. But at midnight on the second night, I woke up and the red light was still flashing. I called downstairs. They said oh sorry we can move you to another room, but there’s no electrician till tomorrow morning. So two nights a bad sleep, something that signal danger flashing all night, long, and the person at the front desk, who told me that the electrician would have a look, was not telling me the truth. Or else she just didn’t tell him I don’t know, but really two nights of worrying and not sleeping

This is a very cute property in an amazing location. The lobby lounge is cozy with live music nightly, and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very small and had deep storage which made staying for 5 nights with 3 of us difficult. There were no dressers, drawers, and just a very small area to hang clothes. The room also had very large temperature swings that were difficult to control, it was either super hot or freezing. Overall this is a cute hotel, but the room comfort did not align with the price of the stay.

The entire staff was exceptional, but Dale was EXTRAORDINARY! At multiple times during our 4 day/3 night stay he was focused on providing wonderful service. It was not forced, totally natural. We will be back as we found the property and experience World Class.
