Nice little hotel, front desk agent was really nice as well as the shuttle driver. The reason for 3 stars is that there’s no noise canceling in the rooms, you can hear everything that is happening in other rooms.

I came in late 10/31, flight got canceled due to weather. Got to the room to lay down and there was old blood on the bed sheets, pillow case and in the bathroom below the toilet, these are the pictures..I went downstairs to ask for a manager and they gave me a card. I asked for a change in sheets and to clean the bathroom. As a military service member this is not how I expected to be treated totally unacceptable, unprofessional and extremely nasty. This is just disappointing..

Excellent choice with free airport shuttle included. Breakfast was not included. The colombian driver was so kind and friendly But the other one with dreadlocks was rude. After check out we asked in from desk if we could use the shuttle. The girl said yes. When he came, he focussed in other people and then, he said there is no room for you, you didnt make the reservation, and super rude he talk as he tought he was our dad. We had yo wait for him to take the other people to the airport in other to go. Wait was not the problem, his attitude was. For that money, no breakfast and that issue, i wouldnt stay again.
