Best Western is situated very close to the Newark Airport and the ability to park and fly is convenient. The hotel's shuttle is very efficient and takes the stress out of traveling. In addition, all the hotel staff were friendly 😀

Second time staying here and I only have good things to say. Great staff except the cafeteria lady. Other than that everyone was treated us with respect. Our room fit six of us and it was clean and spacious. This will be our place to go every time we travel to Newark.

The positives were comfortable bed/pillows. The room was clean. The negatives are the mattress on the pull out sofa was disgusting. I wish i had taken a picture! That mattress needs to be burned and replaced. No mattress protector and the sheets were not fresh. The room definitely did not look like the pictures! The party in the next room did nothing but scream and fight all night. We had to be up at 2 am to catch a flight and this couple was still going at it when we left! There was alot of noise, throughout the night, slamming of doors, noisy kids in the hall and this was at midnight. I reported it upon checkout, but sure nothing was done. Parking is a nightmare, as is actually finding the hotel.

At first, hmm, but…

At first glance, it was a little hmm… But once inside, it was nice. The front desk night crew were nice and talkative and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again
