OMG - Never Again - So dissapointed

UMMM - Wgere to start ??? -First "Praise" for Duy for his help and attention to our concern-- To be upfront the infromation / description of the apartment (included in the hotels.com listing) was a ltany of lies. The listing included "Breakfast 3 pers" - No breakfast - (we were told this was an error) - Listed contents of apartment included items like , Microwave (in our dreams) Cookware , dishes and utensiles. (No cups , no spoons , :But Wait - "21prs of Chop Sticks were there" exceedingly hard to eat soup with sticks only) 1 x Shower unit had broken head unit, water from "AHole to Breakfast") - A "Shed Load" of other unexpected problems , but it would take to long to list. - I will not ever go back to that arpartment blook -
