Parking was confusing and inconvenient, the parking staff told us one thing and inside told us something completely different. The water in the shower was cold, took a good 10 minutes to get warm. The room itself was clean and nice, I can’t complain about that. However I paid for late checkout at 1 pm, got the confirmation for 1 pm. The key card I had shut off at 12, and after 3 tries they told us maintenance would have to let us in. Luckily the maintenance lady named Olga was very kind and helpful.
