Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. The staff work hard to maintain a friendly and safe space. As a mom of 3, this is very appreciated. If you choose to use the family changeroom, note that the only shower is inside the wheelchair accessible bathroom, and is in need of repair. The water was much too hot for me to safely clean my kids, as they couldn't stand the temperature. Having access to lockers ($5-15, dependent on size) was helpful with kids. As a family-oriented hotel, it would be nice to have some less expensive dining options. And maybe just a little more healthy choices :)

It was so crowded there were far too many people. We Checked in, walked to our room and passed the pool area that was so overcrowded and load and a boy was blowing his nose on the floor. A girl was throwing up by the wave pool. It was too disgusting. We left. I would like a refund.

We love Great Wolf Lodge! This is such a nice getaway for a short family trip! The rooms feel a little dated, but there’s so much to do you won’t spend much time in your room anyway!! We come for a visit once a year and already plan to be back again next year.
