Cleanliness not so good, they didnt even have walkin or shoe closet. No place to even hang our winter coat. Room service available only if we stay for 4 or more days. Just one microwave available for guest use in the ground floor. Lots of wait time for checkin. There were stains in the bed sheet

I recently stayed at hotel ,expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience based on the pictures and descriptions. Unfortunately, my visit was far from what was advertised. 1. Room Condition – The room was not well-maintained. The furniture looked old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was questionable. There were visible stains on the carpet, and the bathroom had issues with plumbing. 2. Service – The service was slow and unresponsive. Despite multiple requests, basic amenities like extra towels and toiletries took hours to arrive. The staff seemed indifferent and not very welcoming. 3.Reality vs. Pictures – The biggest disappointment was how different the actual hotel looked compared to the pictures online. It felt misleading, as the rooms and common areas were far less appealing in person. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience. If you’re considering staying here, I’d suggest looking for better alternatives.

As Room are very small and furniture is quite outdated and also there is no Micro oven in the room which is strange, microoven is in lobby so you can't go down to heat food back and forth so needs to have Microoven in the room not in the lobby for guest convenience
