Rooms are tired looking but clear. Check in was a nightmare that took 30 mins of waiting and problems with leaving the parking lot as staff did not advise that the room key is needed to exit (also does not make sense as at check out you would no longer have a room key).

First off they had 2 people for check-in and the line up was out the door. The rooms were dated, showers were horrible. No floor matts at the entrance of the room so tracking wet boots all over. Couldn't change the heat properly so was extremely warm. Stayed there before few years ago and it was very nice, so recommended staying there again with friends so had the two rooms, very disappointed and embarrassed we had recommended it.

Staff were immediately welcoming upon arrival. Oddy was professional, acknowledged that we were repeat guests, was able to joke around with us while checking in and always waved with a smile when we were coming and going. The hotel itself is in a great location, love the coffee station and staff were seen vacuuming and cleaning up daily as well. Great hotel all together.
