Loved our room facing the falls. Brought my elderly Dad & so we could not walk over to the falls. The views of the falla, colors, fireworks were wonderful. Staff very friendly. Clean room. No complaints

Dirty room. Deceitful pictures of the hotel on the internet . The room we got was not worth at all the money I paid for. Not to mention that they will charge you an extra $50 for parking. Everything was very basic and my wife saw a roach in the room. I am not returning to this hotel again nor do I recommend this hotel to anyone

Parking 50$ Toilet was broken , had to have maintenance come 2x . Had to use the bathroom in lobby and that toilet as well overflowed. The worker admitted it’s been a problem for weeks!! Overpriced for basic room. They guaranteed me a view, I didn’t get that either. I complained and they gave me a higher floor. I would not stay here again . Pool was small and cold , hot tub was useless, no jets, and kids there used it like a pool

We were booked at a different hotel because of a mechanical issue.when we checked in at the Hilton it took 1.5 hours and they couldn’t find our transfer. We had to park off site . We had to pay 90.00 to park which was not mentioned before hand

They moved me to another hotel without my concern just before the day of arrival!!! Excuse was plumbing issue though three day before the arrival and they said all good. I called them to confirm my booking as I have read in reviews that they often send guest to another hotel. Finally they did the same with me.

Oakes hotel had arranged a different hotel to us due to maintenence of the room which I had booked. Hilton Niagara hotel and suite was the hotel which they replaced. This hotel was okay! Their was no wifi at the room.
