Room they gave us was so far from the elevator and view was the worst Beds were very soft our backs were so sore in the mornings. Staff was pleasant and helpful Wouldn’t go again on a long weekend though

the food options were terrible the italian restaurant was fowl the food was uneatable and came out cold and at 10 minute intervals. the liquor drinks tasted like water no flavor. the management was totally unhelpful to their mistakes horrible service and food. Spent over $400 american what a rip-off.

The pool was closed for a whole day. That was part of the attraction of the hotel-rooftop to see the falls. Also we had a phone charger taken from our room and the staff did not do anything about the situation
