We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. The room was lovely, and we especially appreciated the beautiful view and the breakfast buffet. The only drawbacks were that the hallways could be quite noisy at times (which is more on the guests themselves than the hotel) and the beds weren’t properly made when we arrived. A bit more attention to the smaller details would have made an already great stay even better.

Check in was fast, room was clean and they moved us to a higher floor. Parking is a fair walk to the opposite side of the complex that takes up the entire city block. They also have a new policy (since the last time we stayed at this hotel) of not allowing guests to use the trolleys… you have to use a valet. It was an annoyance. The hotel is quiet, clean and in a great location. If you stay here, check in, drop your luggage and then park due to the walk.

Couch was stained. Toilet extremely low. Tub didn’t drain. Surrounded by scream kids, running laps in the rooms, and jumping on beds until 10pm. Not very peaceful while trying to enjoy the winter amenities. The hotel is large enough to split families/ singles up: floors 1-12 with kids. And adults without kids 13+ floors. Buffets pasta bar was laughable. And charging for a window seat when we didn’t reserve one. Not impressive at all.
