This was such a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Even though we picked the room with the city view, it was still lovely.

I didn't like the fact there are only rooms with king beds, I was there with a friend and expected 2 beds. I didn't like the parking options. I am a senior and had to spend so much to have someone park my car.

Fantastic view from our window truly stunning. A very specialist hotel set up entirely to view the Falls and it hits the button spot on. A recommendation to pay the extra for the perfect room overlooking the Falls.

Set an alarm or ask for a wake up call

We had an awesome experience during our stay, we arrived a little early but we were able to check in and go to our room. The valet parking assisted us with luggage. We had a beautiful dinner overlooking the Falls after which we returned to our City View room that was comfortable and nicely decorated yet very functional. I truly appreciate the size of the shower and the height of the shower head. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water to spare. The bed while a little lower than I’m used to was supporting yet still soft enough for a good night’s rest. I almost missed breakfast because I slept so well.
