This property was fairly decent. Its good for a shot stay. Staff isnt the friendliest. I dont know if it waa because it was the muddle if summer and it was busy and hot, but it was a bit off putting. I asked for ice one night, they asked me if i had a bucket to out it in, which was quite weird. Considering there no refrigerator. On the paper they gave me, it said ihg award members get late check out. I asked if i could get a 12:45pm check out, just to charge my phone, they said everyone had to he out by or before 12pm, despite what the paper said. The lobby was always crowded with cops, im not sure what was going on in the area but it just made this hotel way less relaxing.

We were supposed to be in the Holiday Inn Express that is much closer to downtown, but this turned out to be fine. Old town is only a 5-10 minute uber/bus ride and the train is across the street from the Holiday Inn. Don't be put off by that. There is one of the largest hospitality university across the street so there is student traffic and not creepy traffic. Do not be confused that there are two hotels next door to each other. I feel it allows the students to work at two different levels of hotels and restaurants. Both hotels are excellent. We were welcomed at the front desk and getting our room was quick. After a long day of travelling, that was nice. There was a refrigerator and a safe in our room. After a delicious dinner at one of the street side restaurants on Old Town, we came back to a comfortable bed and had a sound sleep. Rooms were clean and well appointed. There are also two different types of restaurants "next" door" where we could get drinks, dinner, or a snack. Be prepared as they host multiple events in these restaurants, so ask before you commit to dining there. The breakfast was part of our Hotels.com package and was very good. Lots of choices in food and drinks.

This property is modern and brand new. It is just 1 stop away from the Nice airport via Tram. Very convenient for those who want to travel to Nice downtown and surrounding cities via TRAM and Train.

Enjoyed staying here.

Great hotel and good breakfast. But they need more staff in the breakfast area. Breakfast items are completely gone and not replaced in a timely manner. For instance, the type of milk and one of the types of cereal, the vegetables and the fruit. All are in need of replacement in a timely manner.

Great place to stay near all transportation lines

Great hotel. Located very near the airport and also located right across from the tram lines and also the train station giving you easy access to anywhere you want to go. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. There were some problems with the room keys not working a few times. The hotel offers a 15% discount on dinner at the adjoining Crown Plaza hotel.

We were upgraded to Crown Plaza which is right next door of Holiday Inn Express. They are not your typical drive up to the front, check in and then park the car. We circle around the building couple times then realized the two hotels share a same parking lot under ground. 5 minutes walk to Terminal one for early flight check in is a big plus. The hotel is clean and staffs were helpful, but the building is aged needed some update. However, for one night stay it was perfect!

I arrived on a late flight and I was upgraded to stay at the Crowne Plaza . From the moment I arrived found all staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotels are only a short walk from Terminal 1 and as a solo traveller I was so pleased that they were so close.
