Property is not a 4 star. Horrible wifi if on business trip. Property is 3 star and is in need of a remodel. In our room cracked floor tiles in shower and main area. Room Not properly cleaned. Rooms are only receiving a surface clean not a deep clean. Roof top view is great and worth a stop if both elevators are working, expect a 15 minute wait as when we stayed only one lift was in operation. Property is over priced and just did not meet expectation. 3 star at best.

Well appointed hotel with excellent helpful staff and large comfortable room with a view. It’s a large city hotel well placed within easy reach of all the main sights on foot and loads of restaurants and shops. Perhaps a bit soulless and the breakfast was only OK but the four stars are well deserved.

The hotel was in a really good location and we had a gorgeous view from the room. The staff were kind. The rooms seemed clean and buffet breakfast was a convenient perk. The speed of service, however, was longer than expected. It seems like the people on staff needed more staff to help them. It took over an hour to receive 2 toothbrushes and 2 towels to our room because they were so busy helping other guests. Also, there is a waitlist for the single clothing iron on property- so don’t ask to use it when in a hurry.

The hotel is in a great location and overall it was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Our first room was very disappointing for a 4* hotel - one of the bedside tables was missing and we had to use a chair in place of this, then the loo seat fell off the first time we used it, the shower flooded the bedroom making the floor a slip hazard and the view from the window was awful. We raised the issues the next morning and were advised we would be moved rooms and this would be sorted for us when we returned later in the day. It wasn't and the ongoing receptionist had not been updated. The room we were moved to was significantly better and an upgrade but the first room shouldn't have been used - why didn't they repair the bedside table?

Hotel and staff were great. Our first night on check in our deluxe room was very small. We were moved to another deluxe next day which was fantastic. Hotel bit dated but location and friendly staff make up for this.

Great location but very noisy at night. There was a music festival in the park which went on into the morning. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. The hotel is in need of a refresh but was pleasant enough.

Hotel ideally situated for Old Town, tram and a short walk to sea front. Clean comfortable and friendly. Bar prices a little steep. Food good. Would recommend.

Unfortunately we suffered very loud music on wed 7th May, when we complained the staff informed us it was a restaurant next door it went until 1am, however the room and breakfasts were very good

We had a great stay here. The hotel was in a great location for the beach and the old town. There was a shop just at the end of the street too for picking up essentials. The staff were friendly and the roof top bar was a great experience. Would stay again!

Location is great just across the road to the old town. We had stayed there 3 years ago and returned. Check in at reception is very Slow . And the water in our room was cold for 2 days when I let reception know someone did come and fix it.

The hotel is pretty tired. Some basic facilities were not working . I think they should have said the Air Con was broken. The fan in our bathroom didn’t work. The shower head wasn’t functioning very well and WiFi was intermittent. Was a good location though and some of the staff were helpful.
