Check out was 12 and they wouldn’t hold our bags until 12:30 thus we were not able to visit the castle. They should not advertise they will hold bags if not willing. The room was great. The bar on the top floor had good drinks but service was very slow.

Booked for 2 people. The room is tiny. Tiny desk and a chair. Only 1 luggage rack. No complimentary coffee, tea or water. Staff was very insensitive and not nice no matter what we say she didn't even to try a room to check us in before 3. Bad business for the old and sick health people.

Breakfast buffet was well stocked. Room was small but had a great view of old town Nuremberg. Room was often too warm so had to leave the window open. Area was perfect access to the christmas markets, bahnhof, and old town.

Great location, next to main station, still very quiet. Very convenient to catch a train the next morning. Has a fun roof bar with wonderful view over Nuernberg, when the sun goes down.

Poor service

Good hotel although the service behind the desk was not so good. I went out for a stroll and returned to the hotel but the lady behind the reception desk asked aggressively first in German and then in English if I stayed at the hotel. I had to show her by room key. There were no apologies from her side.
