The gorgeous setup of the resort with breathtaking lilly ponds and beautiful flowers with Ganesha and goddesses statues gave a very peaceful and meditation vibes. Our restroom/toilet flush system on the side was something I didnt like.

Beautiful resort gardens and pool right on beach. New Salsa Rooftop Bar gorgeous views and atmosphere but a hand rail on the stone staircase to access the bar would be really good. All Staff very welcoming and service excellent.

Perfect location. All staff very professional and friendly. Sports Bar disappointing. Should have more food on the menu like burgers, fries, pizza. Music (DJ) was great. Was great to see a team cleaning up the beach where lots of rubbish had been swept up onto the beach from the ocean.

We liked staying at the Grand Hyatt. Beautiful resort, amazing facilities. The only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from the construction site but I understand its temporary. Otherwise really good. We also liked that near the hotel we could find nice cafes.

Luxury in every way, this is the choice hotel in Nusa Dua, staff always friendly & helpful, the grounds are absolutely stunning, so is the pristine private beach. We had meals at the Nampu & Pasar Senggal, great memories. We had a sea view room, waking up to the sounds of waves & enjoy the morning sun overlooking the ocean, it’s a bliss!

During our recent stay, we encountered several disappointing experiences that fell short of the level of service we expected from Hyatt brand: 1. Towel for day trips- we booked a waterfall tour and asked for towels to take with us. We were informed that hotel towels cannot be taken outside. Given that many guests in Bali take day tours involving water activities , this feels like a vary basic amenity that should be offered. It cost hotel almost nothing but makes a significant impact on the guest experiance. 2. Beach cleanliness and preparatiob- I jogged early each morning and noticed a clear difference in how beaches were maintained by different hotels. Unfortunately, Hyatt's beach area appeared among the least maintained. Compared to neighboring hotels, where staff were preparing the beach and offering towels to guests as early as 6:30-7:00am, to put on the sun bed to wash the sunrise, for Hyatt even if you ask, you won't be getting the towels until 8:00 am. So Hyatt's beach had more visible garbage (plastic and other debris) and no similar towel service. This gave an impression of neglect that is not consistent with the Hyatt brand. 3. Charge for boiled water- we had arranged to meet a local coffee merchant to buy Luwak coffee. We sat in the lounge area of the restaurant near the lobby and asked for the boiled water and cups so we can taste the coffee that we were buying. To our surprise we were presented with the bill for the hot water. Additionally, the staff seemed unh

Old and outdated rooms. Rooms too far away from pool, beach, Lobby etc. Spa too expensive, Spa products inferior quality. Pool and beach staff extremely rude especially the towel providers. For Cabana they want us to reserve in advance and ask for IDR 1M spent. All just about collecting money, no service standards. Food very expensive!

Every request took two to three times to be completed. On my last day it took FOUR (4) calls and about three hours (!) to the front desk to have a copy of my bill; I was checking out at 4:30am and wanted to review prior to departure. The wait staff by the "quiet" pool were great! The bellman area were a constant dis-appointment. I will state that the cost of dining and drinking at the hotel were very favorable.
