The room was pretty dark and not soundproof, you can hear everything, especially the subway that’s right next to the hotel. The AC unit is also super loud. The bathroom didn’t have a proper extractor. I don’t understand why hotels don’t prepare the rooms according to the number of people they have on the reservation. It’s so simple to leave beforehand enough towels for each person on the reservation and the extra bedding for the sofa, but no. We always have to call and ask for this basic items. The breakfast is good with enough tables. Friendly staff.

The room was so nice! Clean, comfortable, great view. I dropped the girls off at a concert and came back to snuggle up on the couch to watch a movie. The girls enjoyed sitting on the balcony while looking at the lights and listening to the train. The continental breakfast was excellent! The staff was kind and courteous and housekeeping was very helpful and professional.

Nice people, nice room, nice breakfast, convenient location just off the highway. We were concerned about potential noise when we checked in because the hotel was full, and our room overlooked the railroad tracks nearby. But with the help of a white noise app, we had no trouble with noise, from inside or outside the hotel. Would stay again (but maybe would ask for a room on the side away from the railroad tracks).
