Located on the 13th floor, this spacious 1-bedroom condo offers beautiful ocean and bay views from your private balcony and from nearly every room in the unit. The comfortably furnished primary bedroom features two queen beds, a large picture window with incredible views, and a private bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional space for guests, making this condo ideal for couples or small families looking to relax by the beach. Whether you're enjoying sunrise over the ocean or winding down after a day on the sand, this bright and airy retreat offers the perfect setting for your Ocean City vacation.

The 9400 Building provides everything you need to make the most of your stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're also within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.

Great location, nice place

We loved it there! We usually stay in a different unit but the one we stay in was booked. This unit was nice, could have just used some more kitchen amenities. There weren’t enough plates or glasses to drink from, no real cutlery, cooking supplies or even things like salt or pepper or cooking spray. I know that’s not a requirement but these non perishables are useful for traveling folks. I also wish there was better furniture on the balcony. It’s a nice view but the furniture was dated and uncomfortable so we didn’t spend any time out there. I feel when you pay premium for these types The place was great otherwis.

We had a wonderful time and this condo was in the perfect spot. It is in a perfect location and has amazing views of the beach and bay. Unfortunately the patio furniture is outdated and uncomfortable with ripped cushions and there were cleanliness issues through out the condo.They need to invest in a better cleaning service and new patio furniture.
