This property provides the best in Oceanfront living whether it is looking at the the rolling surf on you private balcony or in your ocean front bedroom. This property has quality throughout with beautiful decorations and real hardwood floors. The Amber Waves building is next door to Coconuts Bar and grill which features live music and also serves drinks on their private beach. Also walking distance to the convention center so leave your cars at the condo. There are two car off street parking spaces and free street parking on a first come first serve basis. Located on 39th street, this 2 bed 2 bath unit will be the perfect place with and outdoor pool and not far from the boardwalk and amusements. There are 3 flat screen TV's and WIFI for every one own use.

Wonderful!

My family truly enjoyed our stay here. Gorgeous ocean view and it has everything you need! Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, Keurig…just get some groceries and you’re set for the week. Clean and in great condition. Thank you!

We like this property and especially the unit. Easy parking. Easy access elevator and pool. Nice midtown location. Beds are very comfortable (which I can’t say for a lot of places in OC). We will definitely rent this unit next year.
