Our room was clean and neat but far from spotless. There were stains on carpet, dirt on bathroom floor in corners. Honestly, all the rooms and entire hotel frankly need updating.

signs were every where for early breakfast at the Grand Terrrace BUT the construction workers said it wouldn't be open until the 29th...even the front desk didn't seem to know the posted sign on the front desk was wrong... the only friendly person was the cleaning person who stopped by each day to see if we needed anything... everyone appeared not to even see us... it is a nice place, seems a little pretentious ... we won't be back

We've stayed at Grand Hotel multiple times in the past & loved it. The standards seem to have declined for cleanliness. The carpets are stained & the bathrooms are outdated. The toliet in our room wasn't working properly. The entire hotel could use a deep clean.

The stay was amazing! We had an oceanfront view on the 9th floor. The staff was friendly and quick to check us in. The room was clean and comfortable. Some aspects are a little outdated and worn but overall a great room. The balcony was nice but has no privacy between the other rooms. Definitely would love to return some day!
