Loved the location of the hotel as it is very close to everything and on the boardwalk. Parking is very annoying as there were limited spots on-site at the hotel but they had an overflow lot up the street. The walk from the overflow lot was about a block away which wasn't too bad, but it was slightly annoying. The hotel definitely needs a face lift as it does appear to be old and run-down for the price that they charge. The rooms are also extremely small so it is only good for a short stay, I would not stay here for a longer trip (week). I do love that they have a deck on the boardwalk with chairs to sit out and look at the ocean. The staff was nice and our housekeeper was very friendly and helpful in guiding us to the best restaurants in town. Overall it was not bad as we stayed for a weekend and they had a pool, but not sure if I would choose the hotel again.

Stay was good. Room was smaller than what I thought/expected. The room and hotel is older and a little dated, but it was clean and welcoming overall. The price was much higher than usual due to the local events occurring this weekend and proximity to the events. Staff was good. Room was clean. Our view was of the pool side/bar. Parking was a little tough but a guaranteed spot is reserved nearby if the main lot is full.

The staff was excellent. For an ocean view that didn't have a balcony the windows were filthy. I'm paying almost $1,000 it should have been clean. Also the glass partitions down by the rocking chairs were filthy. And the bed blankets look like they were 20 years old. Please upgrade great location. Great staff

Could use new carpet in hallways and steps Awesome location for activities and festivities. Love that the pool is huge and clean,the Caribbean beach bar is sooo convenient and fun with live bands.
