Very clean the staff would always greet me no matter who they were. I had three issues. I ordered room service everyday, the last day before I left they never showed up. Poor internet service, both Guest and private, would not work well. I always take my own luggage to my room, the bellhop refused to give me a cart. I used a portable wagon I brought with me. I should rate lower than a four because of this but I want to be fair understanding this is a person, but keep in mind people always represent the property.
Nice pool, but they removed two hot tubs. Why?

We were there 3 nights and did not like that there was no service whatsoever. At the price we were charged, we should have received daily service. I also did not like the mattress which was sagging in some places and lumpy in others. the shower was fine although it really needed grab bars and an easier to use soap and shampoo dispenser. Aside from this, the room was fine and we enjoyed being on the beach side.

Great rental- double check your room though

This was my family's first time staying with Princess Royale and it was pretty wonderful witha couple little issues. The staff was awesome in every way, room was clean, decorated nicely. The only thing that I wasn't 100% happy about was our "side ocean view" was more like a partial view. I didn't know there was a big building in front of us blocking most of the beach and Ocean. Really should've been advertised as partial. Also our room was supposed to have an oven along with the other kitchen amenities but it didn't, not even a toaster or air fryer. I have screenshots where it says it's included. I even asked about it at check in and wasn't told different. I was going to talk to management and ask for a room switch matching what I rented but it looked like the place was completely booked so just let it go. I now know for next time, I guess. Other than that the place and people were great!

Beautiful room and easy access to the beach. However the air conditioning in my room did not work until the night before we left. I called several times and I felt like they didn't want to be bothered. Also , the cooked top in my room did not work, the phone line was pulled out of the wall , so that did not work either. Housekeeping was by request only. I was told by the engineering staff to let the front desk know that my air conditioning was not working since I checked in. The person who I checked out with was not very friendly about it. It seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me.
