Nice place to stay if you like loud outside noises

It was an okay stay. The room was nice. The staff was nice. The room was clean. But the out door noises were horrible. I was on the 8th floor and you could still here noises from people to cats and especially trains.

Loved it!

Everything was great! I asked if early check-in was possible since we were attending an event in the area and was super pleased to find out that they could get us in two hours early. We had a little hiccup when the battery died on our door, but they were quick to get it fixed and back inside our room. The room was spacious and very clean and the location is perfect. We live in the area and just wanted a little night out and we're very happy to have picked this place.

Only not so great experience was I went to the men’s public restroom on the second floor because my wife had our room bathroom occupied. All the toilets appeared to be stopped up and not flushing. Ended up going to 1st floor which was fine. Reported it but didn’t follow up.

They gave keys out for our room to another group., who proceeded to enter our room and thankfully backed straight out and went to lobby to fix situation. Their apology was to offer a coupon for a free breakfast which was picked over an hour before it was supposed to end. There was no juice, the omelet station was closed, bacon was crispy scraps Thankfully the biscuits were good not worth the $19.00 they would charge without coupon.
