The hotel itself was wonderful staff was great it was very comfortable, couch was visibly dirty but if you plan to come here thinking its a safe place, dont come. Many druggies, homeless people and cops 24/7 area is horrible

Quiet, but needs repairs/deep cleaning

This hotel is only 4 years old and I am amazed at how many things need to be repaired. Apparently, light bulbs are not kept on hand. Two lights had no bulbs on them. I dont know if they were stolen or broken, but I was told there is 1 maint. person for 2 bldgs and there werent any bulbs on hand. Since I didn't want to walk across a completely dark room (needlessly), I changed rooms. The tv in the first room was large, wall mounted, and easy to use (remote). I later realized the clock radio was missing when there was one in the 2nd room. Between the 2 rooms, I had 1 really nice room. The secondary window shade that appeared new (not filthy when closed like the 1st room), but the ice maker, coffee pot, and the dishwasher did NOT work. YES I DID cook my dinners. The tv was MUCH smaller and barely fit on the table in front of the wall mount. I put it on top of the ironing board so I could move it to a better angle. The white chair was also badly stained and the table next to it was broken, but usable (only because the top is heavy). Although the property specifically states no smoking of any kind, it was still noticeably in use. I rarely heard other guests - nice & quiet. The night clerk was VERY nice and helpful. Breakfast - AWESOME the first day (Tues). Hot food was either gone or cold by 7 am the other 3 days. 1st floor hallway: stained & filthy!

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable! And pet friendly! Right off the interstate, so super convenient and can't hear any traffic. I traveled with frozen food, so having the full size fridge/freezer was great. And good rates for how nice the rooms are. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was included with a variety of options- very salty, but good overall. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was great, but there were several damaged areas in the room. One being on the door by the lock as if someone had tried to break the door down at one point. I woke up several times during the night from dogs barking within the hotel, people shouting, and people stomping on the ground from the floor above us. We understood the staff can only control so much, but just as an overall experience, we did not feel safe.

Hotel in a very bad location

If you like prostitutes, homeless, drugs and a sex store across the street, this hotel is for you. I made the mistake of thinking this would be a long term place to stay for work. The room is comfortable and had good sound proofing. It advertises laundry facilities but during my month there the machines were broken and they only had two for the entire hotel. One elevator was broken during the majority of my stay. The other served everyone. You might find yourself squeezed in with the laundry/maids and then make room for a lady with a pitbull on an extendable leash with a cigarette hanging from her lips. The breakfast was very bare bones. The maids left my room open and unlocked on one of the only two times I had them clean my room. The management needs to repair sooo many things. The workers were very nice and worked their rear ends off. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
