Overall the hotel is beautiful. The valet staff was very young and there looks like a lack of leadership or training or both. We did get our car checked in but it was mad chaos. We had to wait outside in the cold and wind for the bellman to have come from inside to bring us a luggage cart. The front entrance of the hotel desperately needs a rotating door to help minimize the amount of warm/cold air coming into the main lobby . We couldn’t even enjoy the ambiance due to the lack of heat in the lobby. We ate at Bobs and it was delicious but also very noisy. Could barely hear the people at our table. We stayed one night , the room was gorgeous but the bed was as hard as a rock. No plush pillows and when we woke up the next morning it feels like we never went to bed. Didn’t wake up feeling refreshed or rested. The decorations throughout the hotel were beautiful and it was clean. The main lobby restroom , my husband had to let the front desk know it needed attention badly. One last observation is that the thermostat placement in the room faces directly towards the bed so it lights up as you are sleeping. Thankfully we had mouth tape with us and put it over the screen to block out the light.
