I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. There service was especially meritorious. When I arrived they put me in a room on the top floor with a view of the river. On my day of departure, they allowed me to stay in the lobby until my train left, even preparing for me a chicken ceasar salad at no cost. Now, that was top-quality service.

It was fine but someone running across the floor for about three hours it was annoying. Then about 130 in the morning there was a couple of guys in the hallway, talking rather loudly.

Great value!

Wonderful experience! This place is so centrally located in Old Market in downtown Omaha, I was mere minutes from so much that downtown had to offer. Great price and the staff at checkin were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and was clean, finishing my road trip off with a comfortable bang. I definitely recommend this location if you're staying in downtown Omaha for any reason.
