***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. No street parking allowed. The garage is not available for parking. This House does not feature a movie room.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.

The house was nice but very outdated the house was very dirty the internet did not work it was no cable the pool and the grill was very dirty the garage was dirty nothing on in the game room worked pool table and pool sticks were broken it was a nice out but needs to be cleaned way better and things need to be replaced I was told they would send a technician out the next morning for the internet and that never happened we made the best of the situation for trying to throw a party for my child’s birthday but I do not recommend this house until things get fixed and I would like a discount at least

Wedding weekend ruined

This address needs to be delisted from the rental sites. The red flag should have been that the most recent review was two years old. We were getting married at Encore Resort and thought this rental would be perfect for my family to prepare and relax. This rental was embarrassing and humiliating as I have 7 family members looking at me as to why I would rent such a disgusting place, pool was filthy, no one wanted to go near it, couches were stained and torn up. No one wanted to sit, the beds sheets had hair all over them, not nice and long hairs but short and curly ones, the towels were stained and disgusting. No one wanted to use them to shower in a moldy, stained, take a shower with flip flops shower. My bride asked the Encore Resort if there was a place there for her to get ready because she could not deal with the constant pictures of disgusting things at the house. I could not find a single decent thing to say about the house it did have a “game room”, but it was in the garage which was the cleanest part of the house, but the racing game did not work and I don’t even know what the other thing was.

Amazing customer service

The property itself is fine and did the job for what we needed it. The most outstanding part of our stay was the customer service provided by the property management. We had a death in the family the week of our visit and within three hours of notifying the property management they had adjusted our timeframe and put us in another place in order to accommodate our stay. I’ve stayed other places before, but this is the best communication and customer service I’ve ever had.

The pictures of the home and accommodations were accurate. It was a spacious home with various settings areas, including on the patio. It was clean and included everything needed for a staycation. There were six cars in our party and the house’s driveway allowed for five of the vehicles. Nevertheless, we had no worries because it was adequately patrol in a safe neighborhood. We all had a great time! Next time we’ll get one more bedroom to allow for others to join us. Thanks Mila and staff.

Decent House, Great Renter

Our family actually rented a different property but the owner let us know of an issue and offered this property. I appreciate all work from the owner to help with our experience, she was great and communicated well. The property was decent and got the job done, but I would say the pictures make it look better than it is. It definitely had some wear which is to be expected with what I believe is a permanent rental. There were some minor issues such as ice maker not working, half toaster didn’t work, only had one pan for cooking which is dirty and should be replaced. All in all decent place, great renter

A great time

We had an awesome time the motorcycle arcade made great entertainment on the rainy days. The house was clean the pool relaxing everything was excellent. I will definitely rent again on my next vacation and family event.

Nice home but not very clean

We stayed for a weekend with friends and family. The home is located within a vacation rental neighborhood. The homes are large and very nice and we liked that it is a secure neighborhood requiring a check in process at a gate with 24/7 security. The home is large and roomy for a large group like we had (8 ppl including 5 adults & 3 children ages 10-15). The cons: No hot water or water pressure in the showers! We had to crank the hot water all the way to hot to get a luke warm shower that ran cold after about 5 min. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. There are very large stains on the steps, hallway and a couple of the bedrooms. The pool table was a great addition but is unlevel and is very stained. The handle to the microwave was completely broken off. For having such a heafty cleaning fee, we expected to walk into a much cleaner home. One of the showers wouldn't drain and popcorn kernels from a previous stay were found throughout. Letty was very responsive but no offerings to make accomadations better. The pool is very small; approximately 5' x 5' square. I would not stay at this home again.
