POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $45 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

PARKING: No street parking is allowed.

Camera: NO SECURITY CAMERA INSIDE THE HOUSE. The ring doorbell and other cameras outside the house will be on during your stay.

Decorations: There are quite many decorations in the house. They are for your enjoyment of the house. Guests are expected to take care of them.

Excellent Location and Amenities

Location for Disney and attractions is great. Close to everything in Kissimmee. House was clean well equipped. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to inquiries. Community pool area was great for all ages. Community restaurant/bar food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, a great place to stay. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Great property

The property is great. Each bedroom was comfortable and unique. We also enjoyed the pool. The owners were quick to fix things that were not working like the blender and can opener. Overall, we loved it! I highly recommend it.
