Prefect location, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Love the free drink and snack in lounge area, love free laundry, and the convenience of currency exchange in the lobby, luggage transfer. But hate the fact that the hotel bathroom are so gross, mold everywhere in the showers area, I don’t how the staff missed it or they don’t care, it everywhere, there even lipstick stain on the window curtain, so disgusting, I’m sure other things are dirty in the room. Other than complaints about the room itself, everything else is great

The location was fabulous. The amenities such as free laundry and vacuum-packing of clothes were very good. The lounge was good but quite limited in food and snacks. The room was tired and the carpet was very old and stained. Our bidet toilet did not work and asking the front desk twice, did not resolve the issue. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive for the offerings.

Great location near the subway/ train stations, most of the purchase spot and attractions. The 2pm~10pm free pancake & drink put this hotel up an level especially for family trip. Kids really love it, also great in summer to have a rest in the middle of the day.
