THE WORST!!! DO NOT stay unless you’re okay with moldy smelling rooms, extreme water damaged floors, no AC, a decrepitly old couch. This is far from a 4 star hotel. My family of 5 (3 kids) booked 4 nights and couldn’t stay for more than 3 hours. The stuffiness and stench of the room alone was insufferable. They couldn’t fix the AC and they wouldn’t refund the rest of our trip but we didn’t care. It was THAT bad. We booked another hotel down the street that was spacious and CLEAN and escaped this monstrosity at 11pm at night. We were so happy there! Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room was extremely dated. Carpet and bedding cover was old. The walls were covered in scuff marks. There were cracks in the walls and along the floor near the tub. There was minimal interaction with the staff, they prefer contactless so they ask you check in via QR code and drop your key in a box to check out. The location was great and the hotel did have good amenities like a free lounge open from the afternoon to night and a laundry room .

4.5 stars This hotel is in the Minami area. It’s close to restaurants and stores. The Dotonbori district is within walking distance. I accidentally booked a smoking room but we managed and we were able to open a window to help with the smoke smell. The room could use a thorough cleaning while our beds and furniture were clean, the walls, especially near the vents, had cigarette soot. Our room was spacious and fit the three of us comfortably.
