Clean was clean and comfortable room. A little smaller than what we were used to. We enjoyed the massage chair. Fantastic location as right in the station and easy access to food and shopping and transport.

Compact room, we stayed in the basic one: but it had everything we needed, as we did two day trips we just needed the room to sleep. And this hotel, best part is the location - as on both days, we were able to go from Room to Shinkansen in 5 mins. Perfect location if you are using Shin Osaka station. Wish, I could have continued, but had made a separate reservation in Central Osaka.

Perfect room for a one night stay in Osaka. The room was very small but as we just had one suitcase this was fine. Great view from the room and very convenient being right on top of shin Osaka station! Slept well as room was very dark. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the room is so minimal that it’s hard to see what you’re doing when you’re not sleeping.
