Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review after your visit. We are sorry that the bathroom was very small. The buildings where the hotel is situated are protected, and we had to build in existing building structure when renovating the hotel a few years ago. This has resulted in a big variety in sizes and layouts of both hotel rooms and bathrooms, and some of the bathrooms are unfortunately on the small side. As you could see we also have spacious rooms and bathrooms, please do not hesitate to ask for one of these should you decide to visit us again. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you! Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review after your visit. We are sorry that the area around the hotel is not the best. Brugata unfortunately attracts some unwanted elements - such as drug abusers, and this lowers the impression of the area. We are working together with the police to try and clean up in the area, but as the street is not the property of the hotel it is unfortunately limited what we are allowed to do on our own. We are sorry for the inconvenicence this caused you! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, that the hotel was nice and that our location close to the train station suited your needs. It is nice to hear that the breakfast was good and varied, and that the staff took well care of you during your stay. We are sorry about the noise from the garden behind the hotel, they did have some concerts recently, but should have stopped with the loud music at a reasonable hour.
