Check-in marred by computer issue, particularly affecting the person ahead of me in line. My own actual check-in was slow (maybe 3 out of 5), but nothing compared to the poor woman preceding me. There was only one staff member on duty. The room itself was a revelation. Much better than I expected. 4 out of 5.

I stayed here on a business trip and I will definitely be back! The rooms are very quiet, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were fantastic—friendly, professional, and very helpful.
