I went to check in, but they said the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. They told me they would call me, so I waited. At 4 p.m., they said the room still wasn’t cleaned, so I ended up checking in about 10 minutes later. When I entered the room, the dishwasher was running. The room itself was clean, but the pillows and towels had an odor.

Excellent room! We had 2 queen size beds in separate rooms each with its own bathroom. One of the bathrooms had double doors to serve one bedroom and a double pull out bed. The kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, plates , dishes , cups, drinking glasses , wine glasses, serving bowls , Pots and pans , kettle, toaster, coffee maker everything that you would have at home. They really thought of everything and there was a dish washer. The only thing missing from the suite was a washer and dryer. The location of the hotel was perfect and close to all the activities and restaurants we could walk everywhere we needed to go.

Room was very clean and nice.But the service from front desk is terrible, they forgot to mention we were in a different building as we ended up searching the wrong hallway then return back to desk. A gentleman who helped us was polite but a lady named Meg was asking us to find the room exploring the place (as we mentioned we were new) even though that was their fault. We found the room ourselves, next day we asked for a toothpaste and waited for more than 20 mins then had to call back again , it took another 10 mins, our whole breakfast and checkout plans got delayed. Very poor service.

Love this resort!! But second room i stayed with my daughter was loud when heater or ac unit are turned on. I had to turn off at night. Except that, i would love to come back this place. Thanks alot!

Great family time!!

Great location to everything. Didnt realize there wasnt a queen or king bed in the 2nd bedroom. They offered to upgrade our room but we were not willing to move all of our stuff to another location at 11pm at night. Second option was a filler for the bed which we took instead. Worked out fine. We were also on the main floor and we had a child with us and they were playing in the proximaty of the patio and my grandson tripped on a tripping hazard in the area. He was fine, just wanted to let you know for future so it can be fixed and not have it happen again. Other than that, everything was a plus and we all had a great time.

Great access to main attractions. Ample parking spot either under ground or across the street in the street lot. There was lots of spaces available when we checked in. Check in and out process was easy. Main attraction had lots of food options. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and sheets. Rooms were also big in size.
