I’d like to speak with someone about my horrible experience at the Village Suites. There was no staff working the entire 3 day period of our stay. Not ONCE was there someone working at front desk. I was celebrating my 40th Birthday and it was an abosolute horrible experience. We couldnt get fresh towels. On day one our microwave wasn’t working and neither were any of the outlets in our bedroom, We let front desk know immediately and they didnt do anything about this until the day we were checking out. The hot tub’s jets weren’t working. There was NO water available at the hotel. These are basic needs. This is not a functional girl but rather an air bnb. For the prices they charge this is unacceptable!
“Cleaned” wine glasses left in our cupboards. Disgusting

Great location, nice room with kitchen, fireplace and 2 bedrooms & bathrooms. Not spotless. Other than the front desk in adjacent building, did not see any staff. Hotel could use a ski storage room in this building. Assistance when checking in - e.g. providing baggage trolleys, a place to stow ski equipment would add a lot to the experience.

The room itself is well equipped, clean and modern. Excellent location to main resort area and ski lifts. Amenities like underground parking, hot tub, ski valet service, and experiences like the canopy climb and skating with rentals gave it a truly “resort” feel. Great for families.
