Room check in was supposed to be 12 noon but wasn’t ready till 1:30pm. Staff seemed rude/arrogant and service was poor.

Very Good Location

The hotel is very well located. Convenient for the sights (not that there are many in Palermo in my opinion!) and easy to get to from the airport. There are some good restaurants near by too. There were 2 computers in the lobby offering free internet. (You need to ask for a remote keyboard). Room was quiet. Breakfast was included and was quite nice too. Now the negatives: for a supposedly four star hotel, you would expect fresh coffee and juices rather than drinks coming out of a machine. Fresh fruits rather than the canned peaches and pineapple rings. The furnishing in the room was very basic. Bed wasn't comfortable. No safe in room which was a pain. Just a tiny window with no view. Tolietries weren't replenished each day. And I really couldn't understand why they were exhibiting paintings of female nudes in the lobby. Thankfully, I think the quality of the works was too poor to cause offence to anyone. But I didn't pay much and so overall it was not bad. I might have gave them a four star rating if they had described themselves as a 3* rather than 4* hotel.

People are very nice , open-minded and friendly. Most of them speak little English then communication sometimes can be misunderstood

Etablissement tres bien situé , propre , calme. Nous avons passé un sejour de 4 jours , 3 nuits à Palerme dans cet hotel avec petit dejeuners ( copieux , variés et de qualité) Je recommande +++

Super Cityhotel

Sehr schön gemacht, modernes unaufdringliches Design. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und bietet Lösungen an. Der Bteakfastbag war bereits um Mitternacht fertig, weil wir um fünf morgens fahren müssten. Perfekt.
