Beautiful hotel surrounded by many food options. The stay there was great experience. They had a friendly staff willing to get you whatever you need. The rooms were clean and well managed.

Fantastic boutique hotel, highly recommend, great staff, really close to Gard du Nord for using the train to/from the airport or the Eurostar, also a 15 minute walk to Moulin Rouge, lots of great restaurants close by. Comfortable bed,nice shower. Small room, but that’s to be expected in a city like Paris. Can’t wait to return!

Family visit from abroad

Rooms much smaller than expected. Bathroom could have used a deeper ckean prior to our arrival. Comfortable beds and A/C. Good location near Gare de Nord so it was very easy to get around the city. Also walking distance to Montmartre. Very friendly staff.

the hotel is nice, clean and staff is kind too. Just felt that area is not that safe, but very easy to walk to train station for me to go euro star. 5 mins walk only.

Staff very helpful any time and nice perk of anytime self serve bean to cup coffee and choccies in foyer. Room was quirky in that it was small with en suite surrounded by glass so limited privacy in shower/WC. Washbasin in room is actually good. Small lift but nice original wood spiral staircase. Very close to Gare du Nord though not a particularly nice area. Quite close to the Pigalle.

This hotel’s name says it all—it’s truly cozy! While the rooms are quite small, they’re thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A heads-up about the elevator: it’s very small, so if you’re traveling with others, you might find yourself taking the stairs instead. Overall, a charming option for those looking for a snug and convenient place to stay in Paris!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris!

Book this hotel if you want the real Paris experience. Its in the heart of Paris and very close to the Gare du Nord... you can take the subways anywhere in the city. Incredible service! Incredible location! Incredible everything! Do yourself a favor and book a room with a balcony. Thank you Avalon Cozy! P.S. Rooms are small... but come on its Paris, of course they are

Quaint, lovely hotel. Rooms are small, hence “cosy”. We had an issue with our key reader, but the staff were kind to us when we asked for help. Great recommendations for nightlife and general directions/things to do from the concierges.
