Reception was friendly and helpful, rooms were cozy, nice shower pressure. The hotel is in a great neighborhood close to everything you would need, coffe shops, grocerie stores, bars, metro, patisseries.

Exactly what you expect for a budget hotel in Paris. Place was decent, extremely hot in the summer as I do not have air conditioning which nowhere in Paris does unless you’re staying somewhere super bougie. Close to the trains obviously, and the restaurants around are decent but overpriced as they are catering to tourist. Overall good bang for your buck. PS when you’re checking in make sure you’re not staying on the side where the trains are… If you wanna have your windows open, it is extremely loud till about 2:00Am in the morning and they start back up again at 6 AM

Extremely disappointed

I booked that hotel on the basis of the photos, description and reviews. The room we were given had absolutely nothing in common with the photos, it was much smaller, bed much smaller, the ceiling light's wire strung across the ceiling, some kind of fruit seeds still on the arm chair, bedside tables dusty, bathroom and notably the shower in bad condition with just a shower curtain... and the list is longer even. For the price I would have expected much better even in Paris!! Only positive point for us was where it was situated which suited our travels.

I picked this property because of its proximity to Gare de Lyon. About a seven minute walk for me with large bag. I only stayed the night, but it was a great stay for my needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke pretty good English.

Very tired hotel but in a good location for Bercy

Hotel corridor had a stale smell. Room was hot but a fan was provided. However the fan was filthy. Stains on the floor of the wet room/bathroom. Shower head loose on the floor. Although there was a rail, there was hook to hang the shower head on. The toilet seat was loose and twisted.

I arrived earlier than the check in time and I was expecting to wait until my room is ready. However, the receptionist offered me a coffee until they chesk room availability. I was able to check in sooner than I thought. Room was nice and clean with two big windows overlooking the street in front of the hotel. Walking distance to Gare de Lyon,Gare du Bercy and other transport. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come to Paris.

The room had an odor and it gave me a headache. The room has no outlets to charge my phone. I could not sleep there. There was no air conditioner. I asked for my money back and I was yelled at and was told I couldn't get my money back. I had to leave to look for another hotel. The neighborhood seemed unsafe and was told by one of the staff the hotel was going to close in two months.

The property is a bit rough, but the rooms are clean and serviceable. Enjoyed staying here as it's close to the Metro and an easy walk to Bastille and beyond. When you pay a lot less than at other places, you can't expect a lot, yet I was pleasantly surprised.

--- Comfortable Stay with a Minor Glitch

The room was spacious, and being an attic room, I had to watch my head in some spots, but the high ceilings in other areas felt pleasant. I particularly liked the large bathroom, where I could draw a bath and relax, which was great for unwinding. The water pressure and drainage were excellent. Unusually for a European hotel, the air conditioning worked well, making the room comfortably cool and unaffected by the heatwave. The room was also very clean. However, the bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly.
