Avis mitigé bon pour nuit après concert

Mitigée. Très pratique pour assister à un concert à bercy. Ménage RAS . Cependant : trace de fond de teint sur une taie d'oreiller, pas de protège matelas juste un drap qui le protège... La première personne à qui j'ai eu affaire avait l'air dépitée. J'ai du moi même déposer mon bagage ( sans étiquette ). Le lendemain j'ai eu affaire à un autre monsieur très serviable et gentil qui lui s'est montré beaucoup plus professionnel et à étiqueté mon bagage ( donc beaucoup plus sécurisant). Les chambres sont mal insonorisées on entend ses voisins , et le bois craque au moindre mouvement des personnes au dessus. Chambre spacieuse, pratique.

Anything was ready when we came but they is a bunch of restaurants near so its perfect than the room was clean and kind of huge for the staff the staff should be a little more kind but they was respectful and helpful

Hôtel bien situé et bien desservi par le métro et les bus. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, ça n’a rien à voir avec les photos : lit petit, toilettes cassés, porte de la SDB qui ne ferme pas, tv qui ne fonctionne pas, chambre non insonorisée par la fenêtre. Le supplément du petit dej est cher pour ce qui est proposé. Personnel accueillant et gentil.
