This is the best located hotel in Paris. And it's beautifully done and updated. We upgraded to the Pissaro Suite. Highly recommended if you enjoy living like a Roi & Reine while you're in Paris. The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and, professional. Highly recommend this hotel whether it's your first or 5th time to Paris. It's close to a lot of sites you will want to visit. And being 1 minute from the Louvre was the best!

The staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. I was recovering from some serious jet lag, so this was a beautiful and clean place where I could rest, work, explore the neighborhood, and generally have a nice, low-key time. The area was even more touristy than I expected. It is not a negative, but I might consider other hotels in less touristy areas next time. But the hotel was wonderful!

A nice stay. Great location. Shower drain smelled of sewage due to heat in city. You could hear the metro under your room rumbling if on 1st floor. I’d ask for a higher level room. Other than that. Very nice

Friendly staff, Great location. We were on second floor in the family suite. You can hear what’s sounds like a plan going by but is actually the trains running underneath hotel. Happens every 5 minutes or so. It was a bit annoying but not awful.

Best location for new visitors to Paris, with walking access to the Louvre Museum! High class hotel, with polite and doting concierge staff. Everyone working there knew English and spoke to us in English for all directions and services. Room service food was delicious and beautifully presented on all occasions. Showers were hot and rooms were lovely. The only caution I would offer would be to light sleepers, who may find the hustle and bustle of people on the streets below and the rumbling of the nearby underground metro to be disruptive. The metro runs late into the early morning hours, so the vibrations can be somewhat unpleasant.

The prices for in-hotel catering were very expensive so I opted for less expensive options outside. I think you'd have better take up if your prices were slightly lower. Also, though my room was billed as having an extra good view, what it really meant was loud music from across the road until after midnight. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
