J’ai tout aimé sauf le fait que le personnel à la réception ne m’aille pas rendu les 35 euros pris au debut du séjour.

Bonsoir Lauréne , je pense que mes collégues ou moi même vous avons remis un ticket lors du ch-out , qui est une preuve du déblocage du montant de la part de l'hôtel cependant les délais techniques d’exécution différent d'une banque à l'autre (concernant les carte bancaires , sinon pour les cautions en cash la restitution est immédiate)
