Staff were lovely very friendly. The room was basic but had everything you needed. Great location. Very close to the metro, lots of dining options and close enough to walk to lots of tourist sites. Would stay there again.

We chose to bring our own breakfast but had full access to the dining area for crockery and cutlery. We were able to access tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cold water there at any time.

Comfortable and clean. Great location. Very good for the price. I left my wallet in the room and they called me right away as they found it, then helped me make arrangement to retrieve it and everything was there. Very pleased and would return.

I would never recommend this property to anyone. If you plan on staying here and would like to get any sleep this isnt the hotel for you. The noise outside because of the jazz bar across the street and inside is horrible thanks to the paper thin wall. Plus the elevator is extra small. Transportation to the airport is ridiculous so make sure you book reservation. I will never stay here ever again not even for free. Stay at your own risk

Great find

Fabulous little property that soaks in all the Parisian vibes from the live music across the street to all the eating choices. Cleanliness very good - just could do with minor maintenance (toilet issues and lots water on floor from shower). Fairly convenient to most thinks if you’re keen walkers - we used slot taxi / uber services.

We had an amazing stay at our hotel in Pigalle! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been better—surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and just a short walk to many of Paris’s top sights. What we loved most was that while we were close to all the main attractions, the neighborhood still had a local, authentic feel. Pigalle has its own charm and energy, and staying here gave us a more genuine Parisian experience. Highly recommend!

I was extremely disappointed in how old & dated the hotel was. The curtains in my room were falling off, had holes in them & they did not fully close. The bathroom was dated & all the pictures on Expedia were NOTHING like the actual hotel. Hallway carpet was old & had stains. This indeed is misrepresentation. I have never checked out of any hotel after 1 night however I had to as I was woken up by construction at 8am which was an additional frustration. I have stayed in a couple of Sonder hotels in the past & had no issues however this one is definitely a false version of the glossy images on Expedia. I also asked for a refund or for at least payment via Expedia one key cash for the 2 nights I could not stay in that hotel due to the awful conditions & all I was only offered a $40 voucher. Such a waste of money & time. I do not recommend!
