Everything about this hotel was good except 2 things, room too small and their elevator was out of service for all the 4 nights we stayed so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs which were not straight stairs! Be careful, don’t fall

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff works hard to cater to all needs. Lufthansa lost my bag. I gave the hotel all my information and they made the connection to the airline to ensure my bag was delivered. Xavier and Kelvin were awesome.

Everything was well organised and taken care of. We booked the Superior balcony room and the view was great. The room was quite spacious with daily room cleaning service and amazing staff to great at the reception. Would definitely recommend it.

Had a lovely stay here for my birthday weekend and was welcomed with a kind note and a box of chocolates in my room. Room and beds were clean, as was the bathroom and the provided products felt great and luxurious. Was happy to find out free water and refills came with the booking which is quite rare nowadays. Great location as well, close to several metro stations and grocery stores, cafes etc. Huge thanks to the front desk staff as well for being accomodating and overall a wonderful stay.

This is a good and clean hotel for the price range in a great part of the neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Not many options in terms of amenities but appreciate that the rooms were clean.
