Friendly staff, far size room for family of 4 big bathroom with hot shower and good water pressure, had a small outside area with chairs and table which was nice for fresh air, room was cool with air conditioning, breakfast was fresh and adequate for a small hotel, there was a noise outside the room which you could hear throughout the night which was a bit annoying but overall a nice stay.

We stayed in room 003 and it was noisy till 3 am. Walls are thin and guests are of the worst kind. Breakfast was poor in many ways: instant coffee only, horrible bread + cheese and that was pretty much it. Staff was vey kind and helpful though.
