Love this hotel

We had a fabulous stay! Benoit, on check in offered an upgrade to a room with an Eiffel tower view for our last day. He was so nice to our family. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are larger than expected. Comfortable beds and AC worked well. Easy travel from the CDG airport train with one switch on the metro. Very convenient location to everything. Great breakfast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was very happy with my choice to stay here and would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at the Hotel Regina and it did not disappoint. Was here with my husband and it was such a treat. Customer service was exceptional and they accommodated an early check in. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The mattress and bed was super comfy and allowed us to rest well. Housekeeping was on pointe with everything. Would absolutely recommend as it was central to all the places we wanted to visit. Very easy to walk to the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Champs-Élysées, Arc De Triomphe, the River Seine etc. The weather was perfect for walking and exploring.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. the restaurant and bar had wonderful service and food. Many sites are walkable, and there is convenient Metro access for longer trips. I can't think of anything I'd change about our stay

Although the hotel is in a great and convenient location, the rooms are a bit tired. The carpeting is old and the room we stayed at has an issue with the shower where the bathroom floor would get basically flooded after each shower. We also didn’t receive an Expedia VIP upgrade, even though I checked and they did have availability for the category above the room we reserved.
